Description

Earlier 19th century with various late 19th century

alterations and extensions. Asymmetrical entrance and garden

facades, former with 1 wide, shallow projecting, gabled

bay (2 windows in each floor), 2 bays set back with door in

inner bay, heavy late 19th century, bodly consoled and

pedimented doorpiece. Garden front: two wide bays with late

19th century 2-storey canted bay, 2 piended, canted dormers. Single-storey projections on each gable. Rubble-built with

pink ashlar dressings and margins. End stacks and single flue

on northen gabled bay. Slate roofs. Substantially remodelled

interior circa 1975 incorporating columned screen in hall and

various chimneypieces.
