Early 18th century single storey cottage adjoined to mid 18th
century 2-storey house, currently combined as one with
altered openings. Random rubble with some droved ashlar
dressings, some rendered and lined as ashlar.
SINGLE STOREY COTTAGE: 6-bay. Much door and windows
alterations; E gable, steeply pitched, with window inserted
to left and evidence of former gabled building adjoining at
lower level.
Small-pane glazing pattern to sash and case windows. Ashlar
gable wallhead stacks. Pantiles.
Formerly listed as Old Public House and cottage,
Burnside.
