Early-mid 19th century, farmstead, probably built over extended

period. Polygonal group of 2 single storey, 3-bay cottages,

steading range, mainly single storey, comprising cart sheds,

byres, stables, and barn with winnowing floor, all enclosing

though some re-roofing with either corrugated asbestos or iron.

Steading utilises west facing slope with stable rising to 2

and end stacks; long wing to rear comprises room immediately

behind cottage with own door (for farm servant) and

cart/implement shed with 3 segmental headed arches.

Further single storey, L-plan cottage with entrance in SE
