Description

Early/mid 19th century, 2 storeys, 3 bays. T-plan, with square
kiln to rear forming arm of T. Harled rubble, stugged dressings.
Wide off-centre entrance in south elevation with gabled centre
loft hoist rising through eaves small windows centre each
gable; gable apex stone ball finials. Square kiln centre
rear with pyramidal roof and remains of revolving vent. Iron
overshot wheel fed by reconstructed lade. Slate roofs.

Statement of Interest

Mill last used in 1972. Machinery said to be intact.
