Description

Dated 1870, possibly A and W Reid, Elgin. Asymmetrical
2-storey gabled house. Harled, tooled and polished ashlar
margins and dressings. Irregular 3-bay W front to lane with
advanced gabled bay at left and gabled porch in re-entrant
angle with datestone above door and pedimented window at
right. Single and 2-storey rear elevations; margined windows
with 12-pane glazing. Shaped skewputts and apex finials; tall
wallhead and ridge coped stacks; slate roofs.
