Early 19th century. Single storey cottage on sloping site
with raised basement store entered from N (seaward) gable, S
gable to street. Heavily pointed rubble, tooled rubble
dressings. Centre entrance in E elevation; windows in outer
bays of W elevation with very small centre window; single
window in N (seaward) and S (street) gables. 12-pane glazing
survives in some windows. Coped end stacks; corrugated
asbestos roof.
