Dated 1827. 2-storey 3-window pinned boulder rubble, original
woodwork, elaborate front door, back wing single-storey with
tall kitchen chimney.
Garden wall down 2 sides of garden, interesting cheese press
integral with garden wall at its junction with the house,
gates W. side.
Built by the Mansons, Old Meldrum merchants and distillers,
who bought the estate 1809.
Remains of the previous thatched single-storey house adjoin.
There is another late 18th or early 19th century house on the
estate at Youlsford, single storey and dormerless attic,
2-window and centre door.
