Early 19th century. Single storey lodge. Rubble walling,
raised polished red sandstone margins.
Advanced Tuscan columned porch with piend roof, door with
diamond-pane fanlight. Single light windows flank door, all
openings hoodmoulded. Sash and case windows, 2-pane lower
part, 3-pane upper part.
Axial coped stacks, slate roofs, deep timber bracketted
eaves. Modern harled single storey extension to rear. 2 pairs
of octagonal ashlar gatepiers, conical caps.
B Group with Cumstoun House, Dovecot, Walled Garden and
Garden House.
