Painted ashlar. Principal (south) elevation to West Morton
Street: central pilastered doorcase, deeply recessed door
with fanlight; 12-pane sashes to 1st floor, glazing altered
at ground, window to right also has cill raised (ground floor
gable windows to Drumlanrig Street similarly treated);
straight skews; coped end stacks; slate roof. 2-bay gable
elevation.
