3-storey rubble: Italianate, low-pitched pyramid roof, wide
eaves, built c. 1847-48 at the side of the railway: 3
inserted stones at W. wall dated 1601 and 1627: architect
probably Andrew Heiton Snr., architect of the stations
on the S.M.J.R.
