Description

Late Georgian mill manager's house in large garden. Large
plain 2 - storey and attic gabled rectangle. 3 window
front, 3 - window gables with single-central wood-mullioned
attic bipartites, rubble-built with raised droved margins
dressings broad eaves at gables, broad end stacks, single-
storey harled outshot at back with piended roof. Roofs
slated, original glazing. Doorpiece now enclosed within
concave - roofed porch of early 20th century, modern sun
lounge on W gable, lower 3 windows within now obliterated.
Plain interior with 6-panelled doors. Rear garden wall
and outbuildings later, brick built; original garden walls
and gatepiers on Perth road.
