Description

Circa 1880 with the wheel and lade possibly post 1906.Threshing barn and byre large squared granite boulders.Barn at NW of range,2 opposing central,horizontally divided doors,flanking ventilator slits,compacted earth floor,stable at centre,byre with trevisses at SE.Corrugated-iron roof.Wheelhouse:vertically boarded,overshot wood and iron water wheel in pit,corrugated at iron roof.

Statement of Interest

Wheel house extension and lade not on 1906 OS.Corrugated iron stamped "Wolverhampton Corrugated Iron Co".Wheel,via spar gear and flat belt pulley drive,drove peg-drum low speed threshing machine.
