Description

Mid/late 19th century as school and schoolhouse, windows with 2-centred arched pointed lights. Asymmetrical 2-storey front to roadside, roughly 3 bays. Harled, ashlar dressings, relieving arches, hood moulded door towards right, projecting chimney breast towrds left carried upwards as massive wallhead stack. 3 1st floot windows reach above eaves and have gabled dormerheads; horizontal glazing pattern; coped stacks; slate roof. Also at west, a doorway which looks secondary, as does deeply-recessed porch (presumably separate accesses to schoolhouse) and rear wing.
