Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay house forming part of irregular terrace on falling ground. Squared and snecked whinstone with cream sandstone dressings. Long and short dressings. E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway in bay to left; panelled door; 2-pane letterbox fanlight; bipartite window off-set to right at 1st floor. Bipartite window at ground in bay to right.
4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; corniced brick mutual stacks.
Forms part of B Group terrace extending from Pinfarthings to
1 Bowmont Terrace. Masonry continuous and en suite with No 1 Bowmont Terrace.
