1 storey, centre raised attic gable and flanking dormers;
painted grey cement, white stone lines in immitation of stone
courses; doorway has side glazed panels, moulded ontablature
on scroll brackets, architrave surround; railed basement
area - Building stands on side of embankment and to rear is
3 storeys with centre waggon entrance at lower level.
