A.G. Sydney Mitchell & Wilson, 1902 (for Scottish Life).

4-storey and attic, 5 bay elevation, centre 1st and 2nd

recessed between R-Ionic pilasters, Gibbs surround to 1st

floor windows; rusticated ground floor; 3-light windows at 3rd with colonnettes; piend roof with dormers and chimneys. Well detailed.
