Probably Peddie and Kinnear, circa 1887, but altered circa 1930 and re-glazed. 2-storey bank with close-spaced openings, perhaps originally with pair recessed low wings, surviving left wing now 2 storeys (modern shop right not included in listing). Red ashlar, channelled at ground, arcaded 1st floor lights, band at impost level. Decorative cornice; 1930s blocking course conceals slate roof; end stacks.
