Description

Early 19th century, part of the original layout prepared
for Lord Eglington by the architect, Peter Nicholson, 1806.
2 storey terrace, 30-36 and 66-72 3 windows, the rest 4
windows. Painted ashlar. All have later shopfronts in all or
part of ground floor, 46 has pilastered doorpiece. All
windows with margins. Continuous eaves course, cornice and
blocking course.
Straight skews, end stacks, (38-40 with central wallhead
stack).
Slate roofs. 70-72 has 2 piended canted dormers. Some rear
stair turrets.

58, 60, 62, 64 burnt, now demolished.
