Description

Early 19th century, rebuilt 1834. 3-storey with attic, 2-bay tenement with modern ground floor shop. Painted ashlar. Eaves course; cornice; blocking course. Architraves to windows at upper storeys; panelled blocks to lower frame corners.

NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrance to shop at ground; 2-leaf modern glazed door; flanking shop windows. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors. 2 piended dormers at attic.

12-pane timber sash and case windows to upper storeys (blind at 1st floor). Grey slate roof; stone skews; coped brick stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
