Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay tenement with pend to outer left. Painted render at ground, painted sandstone rubble at 1st floor. Base course; 2nd floor cill course; eaves course; cornice. Painted margins to window openings.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: square-headed close entrance to left, glazed timber entrance door to right within; 2 single windows at ground; 3 single non-aligned windows at 1st floor (centre window blind).

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skew; mutual rubble gablehead stack to left; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
