Statement of Interest

Nos 1 and 1A, and 2 and 3 Seabank Road are the only remaining houses on Seabank Road. Earlier houses to the W (as marked on Ordnance Survey map, 1961) now demolished. The bowed dormers to both entrance and rear elevations are unusual in Ayr, the more common piend, flat-roofed or catslide dormers found elsewhere.
