Late 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house. Squared dark whinstone with contrastng painted courses, long and short concrete dressings. Centre door; canted wallhead dormers in outer bays; modern plate glass glazing, with hopper upper light in both ground floor windows. Coped concrete end stacks; slate roof.
