Description

Style of Thomas Mackenzie, circa 1850. 2-storey, 3-bay house; squared dark whinstone, contrasting painted ashlar dressings and margins. Centre pilastered corniced doorpiece. Panelled aproned windows in ground and lst floors linked between floors by bandcourse; deep moulded eaves cornice. 12-pane timber sash and case glazing. Single rear corniced stack; shallow slated piended platform roof.

Single storey and attic rear wing. Rubble wall encloses rear garden.
