Description

1741, on earlier site and perhaps incorporating earlier fabric. 3-

storey and dormerless attic, 3-bay house with return gable to Boyndie Street. Harled with painted ashlar margins; modernised ground floor as 2 shops, flanking original centre door. 1st floor windows enlarged as bipartites in outer bays.

Return N gable to Boyndie Street with 2 lst floor windows, single

2nd floor window and small attic window with seating for 2 iron grill bars in sill and lintel. Plate glass and 4-pane glazing in timber

sash and case windows.

Crowstepped gables; deep roll moulded copes to corniced end stacks; cavetto skewputts, at N to Boyndie Street with grotesque mask.
