Description

18th to early 19th century former carriage house, converted as dwelling l969-71 by J J Meldrum, architect, Banff. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage; harled with ashlar margins. Centre door in rear W elevation; enlarged windows flank glazed garden door in E front; 2 swept dormers; multi-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
