Description

Mid 18th century, perhaps containing earlier fabric. 2-storey and attic, irregular 3-bay house with single bay return gable to High

Shore. Harled, painted ashlar chamfered margins. Off-centre entrance and slightly irregular fenestration to Waterpath; single ground and lst floor window in High Shore return bay together with small blocked opening. 2 late l9th century canted wallhead dormers. 4-, 8-, 9- and 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows.

Ridge stack with 11 High Shore; slate roofs, piended at angle.

INTERIOR: rubble mural fireplace in kitchen; otherwise little of interest survives.

Rear doorway opens to courtyard enclosed by 2 and 3 Waterpath and
