Description

Circa 1840. 2 storey and attic stugged ashlar. 3-window
elevation to Panmure Street, 1-window quadrant corner and
1-window gable to Bank Street. Central door with rectangular
fanlight, anta pilasters and entablature, architraved windows
front and quadrant, those at ground floor with cornices and
blocking courses gable plain. String courses at first
floor cill level, main cornice and blocking course, deep
panelled parapet over quadrant. Canted dormer. Rubble rear
elevation with ashlar dressings, ground and first floor
doors. Tall stair window and central wallhead gable
flanked by canted dormers. Inset decorated stone. Slated
roof. 2-storey back wing with piended roof.
Snecked rubble wall with coping to Bank Street.
