Mid Victorian. 2-storey coursed rubble detached villa.
Originally symmetrical 3-window front later extended to
4-window on E. Off-centre (originally central) arched
doorpiece framed in early Venetian colonnettes bearing
stilted and shouldered lintel, balcony feature above with
arched and keyblocked window above; other windows architraved
and shouldered, those at ground floor with cornices; main
cornice and blocking course, piended slated roof.
