Early 19th century. Single-storey and dormerless attic. Broad twin-chimneyed gable front to Union Street, harled with

painted margins 2-window and centre round-arched doorpiece

ground floor, 2-window at attic level, decorative octagonal

stone pinnacles at gable ends. W part of Keir Street frontage

2-window part single-storey and attic with 2 canted bays

(through both floors) and centre door. Slated roofs.
