Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay at ground, rectangular plan, piend-roofed house on corner site. Painted cement-render with painted margins.

E ELEVATION: bays displaced to right; part-glazed timber door off-centre right with windows in flanking bays, 2 windows at 1st floor.

N ELEVATION: link-wall (No 33 Somerville Square) to outer right in-set at NW corner, window at 1st floor also to outer right below swept roof.

4- and 12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Ashlar coped skews and brick stack.
