Early 19th century. 2-storey with dormerless attic, 3-bay symmetrical house, now with shop at ground floor. Harled with painted rusticated quoins and ashlar margins. Enlarged ground floor windows. Band course over ground floor. 1st floor 4-pane sashes. Eaves band and cornice. Slate roof with straight skew and rolled skewputt, and modern end stack.
Duns Road elevation harled with ground floor door at left; 1st floor 4-pane sash and small window, and attic window in gable.
B Group with 37 High Street and "Newcastle Arms" on other
corners.
