Description

Early 19th century. Similar to Nos. 61-7 (2-storey with attic
and basement) but 4-bays plus quadrant bay at right.
Droved ashlar. Door at left. Band course. 12-pane sashes with
aproned panels throughout except ground floor quadrant
window.
Slate roof. 2 piended dormers, brick end stack. Cornice at
eaves level on quadrant blocking course ramped to meet stack.
Return elevation to Nursery Road. Rubble with ashlar margins.
Tripartite window at ground floor.

Similar fanlight to No. 63.

Steps at bay next to quadrant sugest 2 dwellings originally.
