Description

Later 18th century. Single storey, 3-lodge. Ashlar. Coupled
Ionic half-columns with projecting entablature flank panelled
door. 12-pane sash windows. Dentilled eaves band, piended
slate roof and central corniced stack. 4 ashlar gatepiers
ornamented with elliptical panels.

Statement of Interest

Belonged to the Lees House, built c 1770, now mostly

demolished.
