block to The Square. Rubble, tooled ashlar dressings. Centre
entrances to Nos 23 and 25 Seafield Street reached by short
flights of steps (No 25 has raised basement owing to sloping
site). Slightly recessed centre 3 bays to curved front of
No 16 The Square with centre entrance and blind outer 1st
floor windows; mainly 12-pane glazing. Corniced end and ridge
stacks; piended and bowed slate roof. Range extends to front
