P M Barnett, 1884-86. 3 arched railway viaduct with centre
arch flanked by wide piers accommodating pedestrian passages.
Bullfaced rubble, ashlar dressings, some brick facings. Brick
arch rings; corbelled buttress detailing flanks centre arch
linked by blocked band course; ashlar cope to low parapet.
Constructed for the Great North of Scotland Railway; route
skirting Cullen House necessitated by the refusal of Seafield
Estates to allow railway track to encroach on policies.
Railway now closed.
