Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house. Rubble,
tooled ashlar margins. Centre entrance with panelled door;
later wallhead canted dormers in outer bays; 4-pane glazing.
End stacks; slate roof.
INDUSTRIAL CHIMNEY AT REAR: mid 19th century, tall circular
tooled rubble industrial chimney stack now free standing but
said to have served former boat builders yard on site.
