Description

Later 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house with
earlier single storey, 2-bay extension at W gable (former
108 Seatown). House with bullfaced rubble frontage, rubble
flanks, contrasting painted concrete dressings with long and
short detailing. Extension rendered and lined as ashlar with
contrasting painted margins.
Centre entrance to house; gabled dormers break wallhead in
outer bays; 2- and 4-pane glazing. End stacks; slate roof to
house, concrete tiles to extension.
