Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey pair of houses with adjoining
single storey cottage, and important rubble retaining walls
to Southwick Road. Painted rubble walls; 2-storey 3-bay
elevation with paired central doors, both modern. Windows
flank doors, 3 regularly spaced windows to 1st. All single
light sash and case with 4-pane glazing pattern.
Single storey cottage painted rubble with central doorway
flanked by single light windows, sash and case with 2-pane
plateglass glazing pattern.
Coped end stacks with thackstanes, sandstone ridge with slate
roofs.
To rear elevation lower 2-storey piend-roofed wing, single
light windows mostly modern glazing. Single-storey painted
brick lean-to extension, slate roofs.
Curving rubble retaining/boundary walls to Southwick Road.
