Earlier 19th century. Two storeys and attic, 3-windows.
Stucco with raised and painted margins and eaves course.
Plain Venetian door to west, later shop front to east with
modern fascia. Two tripartite and one single light
symmetrically placed windows to 1st floor. Two gabled
dormers. Asbestos slate roof. End stacks.
good group of minor burgh architecture unfortunately much
spoiled by later alterations to fenestration and finish.
