Description

Late 18th century. 4-storey, L-plan warehouse. Sandstone
rubble with ashlar dressings and copings.
N ENTRANCE RANGE: 8-bay; altered openings at ground level
with arched pend in 4th bay. Uniform window openings above,
smallest at 3rd floor under eaves, now blind. E side with
gable stack, abutted by adjoining property.
W range to Lamer Street, severely weathered masonry without
openings.
Slate roof.
