Description

Probably William Burn, circa 1824-30. Single storey 1 by 3-bay lodge at right angles to Liff Road. Coursed and squared rubble W elevation, rubble-built sides and rear. Later piend-roofed porch to rear with further modern extensions.

Piended slate roof with broad overhanging eaves. Cornices square section gable-end stacks. Windows shuttered (1989).

Adjacent rubble-built coped boundary wall, pedestrian door. Curved entrance, gatepiers missing.
