Description

Circa 1815, refronted 1877 by Edward and Robertson.
4-storey and basement bow-fronted ashlar and coursed
rubble-built commercial/domestic property on tight gusset
site. All windows architraved.
W ELEVATION: 1877, 3-bay, channelled ashlar ground floor,
central arched entrance. Centre window consoled at 1st
consoled and pedimented at 2nd.
ELEVATION TO KING STREET: 3 and 4-storey, windows in
architraves, 2 with consoles, cill and band courses.
Gabled wallhead stack.
Cowgate similar, with basement, windows in left bay blind.
Slate roof, semi-conical over bow. Wrought-iron finial.
All windows sash and case. 2-pane glazing pattern.
