Description

William Bruce, 1871-2. Symmetrical 2-storey 8-bay terrace of 4 houses. Rubble-built with painted ashlar dressings.

Elevation to street: twin consoled and dentil-corniced doorpieces flanked by triple-light windows with clustered cast-iron mullions, modillion cornices, and pentice roofs. 1st floor segmental-arched single and bipartite lights on continuous cil course, corbelled out at bipartites. Rears plain, with stair windows and assorted later rear extensions. Slate roof, piended at No 13. Corniced stacks. Windows sash and case, 2-pane glazing pattern.
