Description

Circa 1830; doorpiece Ireland and MacLaren, 1887. 3-storey, 7-bay classically-detailed commercial building. Modern shopfront to ground floor, original cornice, cill course to 1st floor, band course to 2nd, corniced wallhead; architraved and corniced windows to 1st floor, sash and case glazing mostly single pane to bottom and 2-pane to top, architraved windows with 2-pane sash and case glazing to 2nd floor. Corniced stacks.

FRONT ELEVATION stilted, basket-arch doorcase to left with nook shafts and mannered pilasters, shopfront to right, 7 windows to 1st and 2nd floor.

INTERIOR: not seen.
