Thomas and Wilkie 1910. Single-storey and attic villa, dry dash harled. S ELEVATION: advanced central diminutive tower with chamfered angle and round-arched ashlar entrance in re-entrant angle. Crenellated parapet and piended roof. Gabled bay to right with ground floor canted window. Corbelled valley rainwater head. Set-back bays to left with 2 and 4-light timber mullioned windows. Overhaning eaves and piend-roofed dormer. SIDE ELEVATIONS: piended W elevation with 2-light ground floor and single dormer.
Piended and gabled tiled roofs with ridge and E wallhead stacks. Casement windows with small-paned and leaded glass glazing patterns. Snecked and stugged rubble-built boundary wall.
