Description

Circa 1820. 3-storey and basement, 4-bay, classically-detailed

terraced house. Cherry-cocked coursed sandstone rubble to front with painted timber abd ashlar dressings, random rubble to rear, slate roof. Basement lintel band, cill band to 1st and 2nd floor, eaves course. Architraved windows, cut-back at 2nd floor, moulded cills to ground floor, corbelled to 1st and 2nd floor, 12-pane timber sash and case glazing. Mutual, rendered axial stacks.

FRONT ELEVATION: door with blocked fanlight and consoled doorpiece to centre, 2 blocked basement windowheads and 2 windows to left and right, 4 windows to 1st and 2nd floor.

REAR ELEVATION: prominent square-section piend-roofed stair tower; margined windows; 3 dormers.

INTERIOR: not seen.
