Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house. Ashlar and rubble masonry, long and short dressings, slate roof. Margined angles, windows and doorpiece; mainly 12-pane sash and case windows; skew gables with skewputts; 2 ridge stacks.
S ELEVATION: central door with narrow transom-light, flanking windows, 3 similar windows at 1st floor; small central rooflight and 2 canted dormers.
N ELEVATION: enclosed additional external staircase to 1st floor; window at right; small central tripartite dormer with swept roof.
E GALBE: plain, with window at 1st floor left and smaller window at attic level left; coped stack.
W GABLE: small window at attic right; harled coped stack. High enclosing rubble walls at N, E and W, low wall with modern railings at S.
