Description

Circa 1880. 3-storey and attic warehouse with cast-iron-framed
and glazed gable to street. Shop at ground with original
fascia carried over No 80, to right. Angles and gable-head
red ashlar; 1st and 2nd floors with almost full-width
tripartite openings, inset pilasters at jambs, pair slender
cast-iron columns supporting floors above; T-shaped glazing
bars. Segmental-headed attic light; finialled gable with
shaped skews; concealed roof.

Statement of Interest

Probably re-fronted circa 1880, incorporating existing building. Early fabric incorporated in pend (No 80).
