Description

Early 19th century, probably incorporating older fabric. 2-storey

and attic 3-bay terraced house. Rendered rubble. Regular fenestration. Door at centre with chamfered panels and letterbox

fanlight; 1st floor windows hard up against eaves. Gabled dormer to right, velux skylight to left. 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Brick stacks, grey slates, ashlar coped skews.

Statement of Interest

Forms part of the near continuous B Group range of Nos 41-53 (see separate listings). Granite setted pavement to front. Deeds of 1788 clearly relate to an existing building with a pend to the rear, perhaps for horses.
