Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Squared and
coursed grey sandstone, dressed margins, eaves course.
Rubble sides and rear.
N ELEVATION: door at centre with fanlight. Windows
flanking at ground floor. 3 windows to 1st floor.
S ELEVATION: Door at centre with stair window above,
smaller windows flanking to each floor. Further windows
to outer bays.
Rubble elevation to W with square attic windows at gable
head.
Predominantly 12-pane glazing pattern to sash and case
windows.
Grey slates. Ashlar coped skews. Rendered wallhead stacks.
Low coped rubble retaining wall.
